Open Spaces

As part of Art & Living : Laurieston three new spaces been opened up in the area.  Over the coming months and years, these three spaces will host an ambitious variety of projects, which will range from pop-up events to installed artworks, from music to staged performances, and from light-works to workshops for you, the local community.

The spaces are:

  • the Caledonia Road Church, Re:dwell;
  • Artist in Arches (AiA) -  a series of vacant railway arches in Cleland Lane, adjacent to the Citizens Theatre;
  • and The Laurieston Arena at Norfolk Court by Gorbals Street.

These three sites, within a 10 minute walk of each other, have been reclaimed for use by you, the local community and for artists and others from all over Scotland and beyond.
